Rick Holton, Chairman
In addition to dedicating his time and efforts to wildlife conservation and community service programs, Rick Holton serves as the chairman of Holton Capital Group (HCG).
Rick has served on the boards of the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation and American Rivers D.C., co-founded and served on the board of Boys Town of Missouri, co-founded Great Rivers Habitat Alliance, founded Deer Creek Watershed Alliance, and served as committee chair for Ladue Creeks.
In December 2013, Rick finalized with Ducks Unlimited the establishment of a perpetual conservation easement at his family farm in Saint Charles
Rick attended Saint Louis University and served as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He and his family reside in Saint Louis with seasonal residences in Harbor Springs, MI and Palm Beach, FL.

Rick is a General Partner at FINTOP Capital. He is also a founding partner of Cultivation Capital and has served as a General Partner in the Tech, Life Sciences, and FinTech sectors. Prior to Cultivation, Rick founded Holton Capital Group and co-founded Classic Car Studio, an online classic car dealership.
In addition to his roles at FINTOP Capital and HCG, Rick serves on the boards of Anchor Packaging, an international food packaging company, Arch Design, DealCloud, WealthAccess, Arvegenix, Hatchbuck, and Sequoia Vaccines, as well as the Olin Alumni Board, Danforth Leadership Council, the Entrepreneurs Organization, the Academy of Science, and the Great Rivers Habitat Alliance.
Rick received a B.S. in Engineering and Economics from Vanderbilt University School of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
